Swapify Terms of Use

By accessing or using Swapify (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Swapify is a music library transfer service that enables users to transfer their music libraries and playlists between Spotify and Apple Music. The Service requires connection to your accounts on these platforms through their respective APIs.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Complete accuracy of transfers
  • Compatibility with all devices or services
  • Security from all vulnerabilities

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
